People often ask us the question ‘why?’. Why you left a good job in Poland, why you didn’t buy a big house, etc.
We always live outside of the established system of values. A lot of travel books and addiction to being on the road made it clear to us that we need to do. The cherry on the top was my job as a nurse at the cancer hospital where every day coincides with the death of young people … I got to the end of what life can be fragile, as in one day may all fall down … so we bought a ticket to Bangkok, left our positions, closed some chapters in Poland and our two-wheelers hit the road east with only one objective: to go back to the west.
What were the beginnings? When we put the first step beyond the air-conditioned airport in Bangkok hot wave hit us hot and incredibly humid air significantly looked at each other a look of a small helplessness. Is this really happening?! But that’s impossible!
The first night in a tent, which at this temperature was more like a sauna, a food that your spice burned guts and painful overnight ass … So, there were the beginnings, but every day was amazing more and more and after a week we felt like home.
